Does shipping come with a tracking number?
We use the best shipping companies we can, for all deliveries. All our packages are tracked and signed for. We try not to look at expenses when it comes to getting these amazing items, in one piece to you. This is our highest priority when shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time varies from item to item, please check each individual item for estimated delivery time. Some items may take longer to deliver if we need to individually order them from our supplier.
Delivery 1 to 3 days: This item is in stock in our warehouse and it will be shipped as soon as payment is cleared.
Delivery 15 to 45 days: An order has been placed with our supplier and we are expecting stock arrival.
Why pre-order figures?
Often anime figures come to the German market only to a limited extent and in a narrowly limited contingent and are hardly available once they are sold, which is often the case in the pre-order phase. Then you and we as a shop are dependent on this figure being reissued and imported back to us. However, this is very rarely the case. Often you can only get these figures via auction platforms – sometimes with juicy price surcharges if they are still in their original packaging.
In addition, pre-orders help us to be able to grant you pre-order discounts that we have integrated directly into our shop prices. These discounts are usually given to us by wholesalers up to approx. Granted 2-3 months before the figure appears and we pass this discount on to you as a customer as it is. After that, the figures may be a little more expensive because these discounts are no longer available.
The low level of storage with us also ensures that prices are and remain slim.
How do I get refunded, if I want to return the ordered product?
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The revocation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last goods.
Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. If possible, please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging. Do not return the goods to us freight collect.
After we received the returned goods, after examination you will get refunded.

in which condition do i have to return the goods?
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functioning of the goods. Attention! For collectible figures, the packaging is part of the goods. Should damage occur here, the loss in value will be charged to you.
Goods where our “return seal” has been damaged or removed, are excluded from the revocation. Furthermore, personalized products, such as printed products or our mystery boxes, are excluded from revocation.
